Who Should to do this course (AET)?
The course has been intended to give an introduction to teaching people who might want to work or are at present working inside FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers as well as Local Authorities. It is structured:
•For people who work, or need to function as teachers/mentors in the further instruction and abilities segment.
•For people who are not in an instructing/preparing job, or who have quite recently begun an educating/preparing job.
•For people who need a short capability to empower them to settle on vocation decisions.
•For people who have just accomplished some Learning and Development units that can be conveyed forward into this capability.
•For people at present functioning as assessors, who wish to accomplish a capability that gives a prologue to educating.
•For people at present instructing and preparing, including those new to the calling – despite the fact that the capability doesn't require showing practice, openings might be made accessible to watch and give criticism on a learner instructor's training.
Level of Qualification/Skill Level
Level 3 learning would include:
•A planned approach to reading and research relating to principles, theories.
•Consideration of how professional values impact on working in your area.
•Evidence of a reflective approach.
•Reflection on own practice grounded upon reading.
